A story of our journey on the heart transplant list.
I found out about Peter's story a few weeks ago while surfing online about transplant stories. I can understand what you're going through because I went through the same ordeal with my brother, Dan. He needed to have an LVAD implanted and he was waiting desperately for a new year. Sadly, he passed away several months ago. My heart goes out to your family because I know how frustrating and heartbreaking it is to endure this kind of pain of waiting for that phone call. I featured your slideshow on my blog (I'm sorry if I didn't ask permission first; I only found your blog today) to spread the word about organ donation. I truly hope and pray that everything will work out for you and your husband in the end. My prayers are with you. I'll be visiting this blog often from now on in hopes of reading some good news! ~ Jess
I want to clarify that my name is not "Joshua" -- I'm using my friend's gmail account to publish this post b/c I can't do so anonymously. Sorry for the confusion. My name is Jessica and I'm from Canada. You can find the URL for my blog here: www.xanga.com/JessML ~ again, I apolgoize for featuring Peter's slideshow without asking you first, and I truly hope that it's alright with you. Thank you!
Misdee I found your blog through miss emily's. I've just sat and read peter's story. You both sound like amazing people and I really hope Peter gets his new heart very soon so he can see his little girls grow up into amazing young women like their mum. Take care. xx
This is an absolutely gorgeous video. Thanks for putting it together, and showing us all what it's like.Thank you also for your explanation about the song on my post.
